Cancellation & Refund Policy

BisiBisi believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
  2. BisiBisi does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like food, beverages, or other consumables. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer establishes that the delivered product was of substandard quality.
  3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.
  4. If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving it. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  5. For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
  6. If a refund is approved by BisiBisi, it will take 6-8 business days to process the refund to the end customer.
